Payment

We accept payment by cash in advance by bank transfer, payment by cash on delivery (Germany only!) and cash payment at pickup. For payment by cash on delivery, we charge 5, - Euro COD-Fee. Even though our bank account is already known, any advance payment may be made only after receipt of our invoice Info!

Shipping

The delivery of the goods happens with UPS and no later than the next business day after receipt of payment or the confirmation of a COD shipment (Germany only!). The delivery to outside Germany is generally from 3 to 7 business days. Each shipment is insured. The company UPS will try 3 delivery attempts each package. A shipping notification included Package-Tracking will be automatically sent via email.

• Weight 0,1 to 5,0 Kg = 6,- Euro
• Weight 5,1 bis 10,0 Kg = 9,- Euro
• Weight 10,1 bis 15,0 Kg = 12,- Euro
• Weight 15,1 bis 20,0 Kg = 15,- Euro
• Weight over 20,0 Kg = on request!
