Watchimport.com is the ordering assistance of the German company "ILA Uhren GmbH". We sell watches,
accessories, spare parts, tools and jewellery at wholesale. Our customers are resellers from all over
Europe.

All given prices are only for resellers, plus shipping and 19% german tax. We can ship the goods extempt
the german tax only if we got a valid Tax ID and the full information of the customers company!

The prices are only for registered customers (resellers) visible. So, all potential buyers must create a
customer account (see "How to create a customer account?"). This applies also for customers who have
purchased at Watchimport.com even before August 2008 and for all Watchimport.com newsletter recipients!

On the start page left side under the categories box you will find a box with the name "Login Here". Please
click on "Create a new customer account" and you will then be forwarded to a registration form. The
application or registration form is self-explanatory. After all fields have been filled, please click the
"Continue" button. In case of input errors, you will receive a notification. Please note that we take the
entered data for the delivery! You will receive an eMail within 24 hours. This email contents an activation
link to activate your new customer account. After you have activated your account all the prices are visible.
The registration of a customer account is free and you are not obliged to purchase!

There are several options to browse our assortment:
1.The navigation with the heading "Categories"
You can find this box at the top left. The "Categories" box is always at the same place and selectable from
any location. Here you have the opportunity to browse all categories. The categories are divided according
to the selection (by clicking) in sub-categories.
2.The "Whats New?" and the "Specials" boxes
This boxes are on right side. Clicking the red arrow in the related box wil display you all new items or
all specials.
3."Quick Find" and "Advanced Search"
The search is on the top right below the shopping cart. You can search directly in the box or even use
the "Advanced Search". Using the advanced search will give you many more options. For example, the request
to search in certain categories. Once you have find an item, you can now put it into your shopping cart
by clicking "Add to basket".

Click on the "Cart Contents" or "Checkout" in the bar at the top right. You can now change the payment
and shipping details or leave a comment about the order. If you have forgotten something, you can cancle
the ordering process at any time and continue shopping.
To delete an item in the cart, select the checkbox of the relevant item and then click "Update". The
contents of your shopping cart will remain saved until you delete them.
After all, choosing "Confirm Order" will finish the order process and an order summary will
automatically be sent via email.
Please note that the order summary is not the final invoice because shipping or discounts for each order
must be calculated external! Furthermore, saving items in the "Shopping Cart" and the sending of an
order does not guarantee availability and does not imply the reservation of an item, because our
stock continuously changes!

After we have received an order, an employee will check the availability of each item as quickly as
possible. Please wait for the complete invoiceinfo what we send you via email as soon as possible after
we have processed your order! This email will content all further informations like the final invoice
amount or the payment information. It is important that you confirm the invoiceinfo or send the payment
to our bank account within one week so that the remaining steps are not unnecessarily delayed. This
one week is also the maximum time period we can reserve brand watches. The confirmation of an invoiceinfo
is simultaneously the conclusion of the sale contract. At this time the goods are ready to ship. If you
still have not received the invoiceinfo after 3 days, please check your spam folder and adjust as appropriate,
ensure that your e-mail mailbox has enough space available to receive emails. Otherwise please our contact
form.

Each order will be processed in principle from the receipt date / time. Depending on the order situation,
the time to dispatch the invoiceinfo to the customer takes 2 to 36 hours. Please note that we do not process
orders on weekends!

In relation to the availability of items, we do our best to keep our ordering system up to date.
Unfortunately we can not secure the availability of all items. Therefore we ask for your understanding.
Please note that items you have saved in the shopping cart will not be automatically removed when they
are sold out meanwhile!

Our minimum order value is 149,- Euro. If the minimum order value is below 149,- Euro, we charge 20,- Euro.

The payment methods we accept are cash in advance, payment by cash on delivery and payment cash on the spot.
Payment by cash on delivery to customers outside germany is not possible!

After you have received our invoiceinfo, you should confirm and transfer the payment to our international
bank account within one week.

Our prices are already tough calculated, but it is possible to save money:
1. The 5% loyalty discount for multiple orders. Further information can be found here: Discount Voucher
2. Quantity Discount: Some items we offer a volume discount of up to 25%! These items are flagged with
“* MR“ and a notice can also be found in the item description. Quantity discount amounts are not visible
in the shopping cart!

Upon receipt of the payment to our bank account or after the confirmation of a cash on delivery shipment,
we pass the goods on the same day or the next workday to the company UPS. Outgoing deliveries will be
picked up twice a day by UPS. Shipments to outside Germany take 3-5 days. We basically ship with UPS only.

We grant to each item 2 years warranty. In case of a complaint or a warranty case, just send us the item,
please sufficient postage (vacant houses). The transmission to the appropriate agencies for review, will
be done by us. We send the replaced or the repaired item on our cost back to you. If the repair or
replacement of the item is not possible, we note it as a credit in your local customer file. The credit
can be redeemed with the next order.
On closeouts offers we do not provide warranty!
